Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 29, 2026
1. Who we are
FlairPost ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered marketing content generation tool that helps founders and creators produce and publish platform-specific content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our service at flairpost.com (the "Service").
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@flairpost.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and a hashed password (if using email/password sign-in). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
Product information
When you configure your product in Settings, you provide details including product name, description, target audience, tone, and competitor information. This data is used solely to generate relevant marketing content for you.
Social platform credentials
To post content to social platforms, we store OAuth access tokens (for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Bluesky) or API credentials you manually enter. These are stored encrypted at rest in our database. We never log or display your raw tokens in plain text after you save them.
Generated content
Content generated by our AI (posts, captions, articles) is stored in your account so you can review, edit, approve, and publish it. This content belongs to you.
Usage data
We collect basic usage data including which features you use, how many content pieces you generate per month, and error logs. This data is used to improve the Service and enforce plan limits.
Payment information
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from Lemon Squeezy to manage your plan.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To generate AI content tailored to your product configuration
- To publish content to social platforms on your behalf when you initiate a post
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To enforce plan limits and process payments
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorized access
- To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate FlairPost:
| Service | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication | Account info, content, credentials (encrypted) |
| Anthropic / Groq / OpenAI | AI content generation | Product info, generation prompts |

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We select providers that meet reasonable data protection standards.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which we retain for 7 years).
OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform connection.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use a minimal, privacy-respecting approach to analytics.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we fix inaccurate data
- Deletion — request that we delete your account and data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@flairpost.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest, HTTPS in transit, and restricted access to production systems. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to privacy@flairpost.com.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
