Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FlairPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.

FlairPost is an AI-powered marketing content generation tool. It allows users to:

• Configure a product profile (name, description, audience, tone)
• Generate platform-specific marketing content using AI
• Review, edit, and approve generated content
• Connect social platform accounts and publish content directly
• Monitor replies and engagement opportunities

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@flairpost.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of connected social platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, etc.)
• Circumvent plan limits or access features you have not paid for

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

FlairPost allows you to connect and publish to third-party social platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Bluesky, etc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs that break integrations
• Content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms
• Rate limits, posting restrictions, or policy changes by third parties

You authorize FlairPost to interact with connected platforms on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate an action (generate, post, schedule).

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. We strongly recommend reviewing all generated content before publishing. FlairPost is not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Consequences of publishing content without review
• Claims of copyright infringement arising from AI output
• Platform penalties resulting from published content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlairPost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlairPost and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content stored in your account will be deleted within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlairPost regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
